Everyone becomes abstract to you particularly those that effect your emotions, your mind grabs hold of your main current focus that is relevant to your current task at hand. In theory AOS could help people with anxiety attacks, depression, stress and any other psychological hinders that slows our purpose and goals in life. AOS is similar to walking in the rain and yet you dive in the ocean to breathe, making your body immune to pressure or stress. Functioning normally in a chaotic situation.
